💵 Salary Range: 50k – 70k BDT (Based on Experience)
🎯 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (Please Read Attentively)
• Assist the digital marketing team with campaign planning, execution, and analysis across various channels like SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and cold outreach & email marketing.
• Ability to spend & manage ads monthly 10k to 15k USD on various platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Communicate with clients, keep management informed, and assign tasks to the team.
• Conduct market research and competitor, SWOT, risk analysis & feasibility study to inform campaign strategies.
• Manage and analyze data from marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers.
• Assist with content creation, such as writing blog posts, website copy, and email newsletters.
• Help maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
• Manage digital marketing projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Manage and maintain digital marketing assets, such as brand guidelines and templates.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the digital marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
🎯 Requirements and Skills
• Proven experience in Social Media Buying (Monthly minimum of 12k USD on several platforms).
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Graduation from any discipline. (Drawing upon experience qualifications can be considered)

• 4 years of proven experience in the relevant field.
