This position reports directly to the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, or General Manager, ensuring that your contributions are aligned with our strategic vision and decision-making.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Confidently present and pitch Techabyte Solutions services and its branding to potential clients.
3. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
4. Making multiple outbound calls, initiating meetings with potential clients, closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process.
5. Building long-term business relationships with current and potential clients to create new business opportunities.
6. Stay informed about all Techabyte services and collaborate with management. Provide timely feedback to management regarding assigned tasks.
7. Working with the team and developing new market opportunities.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– Minimum Graduation (BSc/BBA/BA), CSE/CIS/IT graduates preferable
– Language Proficiency in both Bangla & English
– Familiarity with Project Management or CRM tools
– Minimum 2 years experience
– Must process client support & client management skills
– MS Office and Google Workspace are must
– Good Negotiation, Communication Skills with Excellent Interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure & deadline
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮:
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
– 5 days (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM
Occasional Saturday work may be required.
𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
– 32k to 36k salary (Depending on experience)
– Yearly Salary review
– 2 Festive Bonus after being permanent
