Position: Social Media Management – Intern
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2 Days Weekend)
Duration: 4-6 Months (Depends on Performance)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok platforms.
- Write ad copy for social media campaigns and analyze keywords based on current trends.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and relevant opportunities.
- Support the Digital Marketing Team in developing social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare insightful reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Youtube.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and brand building including eagerness to learn about brand development or digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both Bengali & English languages.
Experience
No prior experience is required, but familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
